Programme: this is being produced centrally, so D/MYPs across the country receive the same training/induction. It will include ice breakers, team building, elected representative training etc. 

D/MYP Registration Forms: All young people attending the event need to return 2012 D/MYP Registration Form by 5pm Friday 24th Feb (please allow 3 working days for the post). Registration Forms are sent out by BYC on return of Election Monitoring data  

Additional requirements: If any MYP or youth worker has a physical or learning disability or has any other specific needs in order for them to participate, please provide details below e.g. wheelchair user, a visual or hearing impairment, dyslexia, colour blindness, asperger’s etc.  By giving us as much information as possible, as well as suggestions as to how we can help them, we can then try to accommodate their needs so they get the best experience from their involvement at the sitting e.g. having information in large print, help with writing, plenty of breaks, worker present for support, coloured paper, signer etc.  

If workers or young people have specfic room requests eg. as part of authorisation for the trip worker and young people's accommodation needs to be situated in close prominity, please include this as part of your booking. We're do our best to accommodate any requests, but physcial design of the building will place limitations on what can be accommodated.

Nearest Train Station: Haslemere (approx 4 miles from the centre). Three Counties Taxis have an office at the station (Lower Street, Station Approach  Haslemere GU27 2PE t. 01428 644321)

Other info: there is a Tesco in Haslemere, although its not really walkable it is only a short drive away. Opening hours Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-8pm and Sun 10am-4pm
